The Pupil Services Department of the Troy City Schools recognizes individual differences exist in students and strives to coordinate and implement a variety of student services to enhance educational opportunities for our community’s children ages three through to adulthood ending at their twenty-second birthday. The Pupil Services Department oversees services for Homebound Instruction, Section 504 eligibility and planning, Preschool Special Education, Special Education for school-age students. In addition, the TSD coordinates programming and Educational Supervision of Instruction at West Central Juvenile Correctional Facility, and conducts Child Find activities in Troy.
